I am a lookmaxer since 5 years..I use vitamin C and I eat a lot carrots and veggies. I noticed after 1 months of eating healthy with NOFAP, m skin gets better.
My teeth are good, 8/10 I would say

Well, it's debatable..I don't believe in superpowers but definitely the energy part with the skin...the skin part if more due to food and sport more than NOFAP..

Kindof...I use vitamin C + hyaluronic acid of the same brand every 2 or 3 days, this brand is really good
I include A LOT of carrots and veggies in my diet..and I use moisture.
In summer I avoid the Sun for too long and I use sunscreen
