eye area fucks you over. You look better in the video tho than in the pic you posted imo, you look relatively average in the video. top down angles while looking up seems like the worse pose for you, so try to avoid those when taking pics. As far as looksmaxxing goes working out will probably help, maybe consider chewmaxxing. You have a somewhat square jaw and I think chewing to make your masseter muscles stronger can help a lot.
