Just weight loss, working out
(+ mewing and excessive gum chewing, but it's kind of bro science at this age anyways. Keeping your tongue rested on your palate and not breathing through mouth makes a decent visual difference though)

Would be nice if jaw was more portruded from the side, but I don't have jaw/teeth misalignment so it's not worth it. Only surgery I'm really considering at some point is HT. Maybe fixing nose crack as well, but priority is way lower than hair for me.
