Mtn for now but I believe there's high mtn low htn potential. You need to start with debloating so caloric deficit. You will get a lean face. Change haircut to something that slightly covers forehead. Something messy ect but not those brocoli tiktok haircuts, just messy and cover forehead and use texture powder

Get lower set thicker eyebrows ur lower third is a little wide but that's not a huge issue you wanna push ur hair a little bit on ur forehead
