started trying to ascend like 6 weeks ago haven’t done that much mostly got skincare routine started bone smashing zygos hopped on 250 test, ghk, perfected diet, idk what else i can do especially about the nose but honest rating pls, height 5’10.5 but i fraud 6’1 with insoles
