Get chin filler and hope it dosnt migrate or you could try Volufiline though it is probaly cope but when your 18 just take a trip to Turkey get a genioplasty and maybe some implants in your jaw because your lower third is quite narrow

filler will migrate. implants are the better option, not that I recommend it for him.
