do you know your bodyfat percentage (estimate)? if you are a bit on the higher side (15%+) just cut down a bit more to 10 - 12%. Also you would seem much better if you were to just increase your muscle mass.

Either do recomp
or
cut to 10-12% and then bulk

regarding face I don't see much to improve on naturally. maybe try different hairstyles of the sort or train massaters and increase facial dimorphism somehow
