Pls rate me brutally honest and give some advise on hard maxing and soft maxing, in on 400mg test currently and am 6ft at 14 years old

Like lmtn currently but with hella potential, u seem extremly bloated maybe at a bit higher bf% and skin seems a bit rough but those are all realitivly easy to fix
