Hyoid skin/bone is good and high/mid set, Chew hard gum and meat so massader muscles can grow which will force/push forward and upwardly. And hard mew to uplift gonial angle, might need maxilla surgery if you can successfully puberty max your forward growth. but I think you still have plenty of time, prob 3 1/2 - 5 years till development of face stops and test max + gym. But, this post here is just total cope. I wasted 5 years of my life with that. I imagined so much that it would change me . In the end though, i wasted years of my life i could of spent ensuring i acutally gotten forward growth by saving up for bimax.I was in your same shoes 5 years ago; unfortunately i fell for these copers methods and i havent been able to get back those wasted years yet.

I know how it feels to delude yourself to believing these methods will help because you dont want to accept the circumstances to be true. But think about how your going to reason with your future self that you wasted your own life on cope methods. When you could of just saved for surgery and made it a certain reality.

my parents had great forwardgrowth but i have bad forwardgrowth when i was kid i had a 2cat and i breath with my mouth because i had asthma
