One of the many problems the average bloke has is not being able to lock in. I want to focusmaxx and i need the most helpful methods i can use.

Really, i'm so unbelievably unable to concentrate that i have not been able to pay attention to any class i've seen for more than 5 minutes, nor i have been able to study from being ultra distracted.

done but it's hard ngl i delete tiktok but end up watching reels or youtube shorts. So i'm going to shift to watching long videos instead then. Thanks

Been studying this recently
Caffeine- Coffee, green tea, monster, etc
Also consume Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B, Vitamin D3 and Omega 3.
Deep breaths for a few mins
Keep studyplace cool open window for oxygen 15-20 mins if its a bit cold/ cold 5-10mins
Walks
I'd recommend to study for 45 mins than take a 10 min break for each study session
Don't consume too much screentime obv
7-9 hours sleep
Red light during night hours
No screentime 1 hour before bed
Magnesium 1-2 hours before bed

find a purpose/goal in what you're doing (you need the drive to want to do 16h a day, even if you know you can't, you want to do the shit, you can get whatever you want just learning through books by yourself, that is my motivation, that I can learn anything)

take dextroamphetamine to put the hours (don't exceed 5-10mg per day) (YES amphetamines, your brain is not gonna be able to focus for hours on reading on your situation, watch Leo and Longevity videos on ADHD)

do deep work sessions of 4-6h straight, no distractions, no breaks, no food, pomodoro and timer methods are bullshit (research on deep work)

read every book that's out there

delete every short form social media and create a "1 environment" -> if you're learning about investment banking, all the content, movies, memes you consume have to be related to that, cause when you finish studying and the rest of the day you change to your "2nd life" and its all ig memes, shitpost, shows from Netflix (especially don't watch shows, your brain cannot really understand what's your life and what's not), YouTube videos of mrbeast - Your brain can't handle two different lives, you overload your brain the other part of the day (when you're not studying) with a lot of information that is not relevant, then you can't fucking remember anything about what you read/studied

just don't overload your brain with non-related information about what you're learning

Right, i have tried pomodoro but never felt it helped shit, literally distracts me more.
