Has anyone done the Pneumo teeth whitening method and gotten good results? And where to acquire the materials to do it? I had some difficulty finding the stuff because the links either expired or were banned.

i did it multiple times, good results, insane sensitivity so use sensodyne after; but it’s nothing miraculous tbh; didn’t change much for me

435-440nm wavelength for the curing light

if its 30 for the barrier gel its probably a multipack if u want to save a couple bucks u could probably find a single syringe on ebay
