Pneumo's Eyebrow Type

Hello,

It seems I caused a confusion on my last post. It was about achieving negative eyebrows, from positive tilted eyebrows.

 I meant to ask, how am I able to get the eyebrow shape that Pneumo had/has. Is there a way to pluck/trim them into his type, or do I need to do something else?

Here is a photo for reference:

As you can clearly see, his eyebrows are titled slightly negative, yet they still work. Is this a "good" negative tilt or is it something completely different?

its like 3 degrees, not much of a difference if it was straight
also straight brows fit him better

they are slightly negatively tilted, but why would you want that???
