Last week and especially last 72 hours, I have been literally glued to the internet doing POIS research on r/POIS and poiscenter etc. So much so that I put everything on hold, haven't showered in four days and skipped a bunch of meals which is good for leanmaxxing. I had a dream last night about me researching on potential POIS cures. Suffice to say, I find myself deep in the rabbit hole of POIS mania.

Between all the symptoms, supplements, drugs, side effects, stacks, 'pre-packs', blood tests, genetic test, theories and what not, I think abstinence is the best solution as long as you arent fully healed, even with supplements that suppress the symptoms who knows what its doing to your organs on the inside it probably ages you

most cases of 100% healed people took antibiotics cured their candida doing long fasts taking probiotics and coconut oil etc for alot or people it seems related to the gut but I don't know if its my case personally mine seems related to the lymphatic system I get swollen lymph nodes fever severe flu symptoms cardiac pain

I will try amoxicillin or whatever its called my buddy merit who started this whole pois awareness movement takes it with daily aspirin he is almost fully healed but preaches not ejaculating more than twice a week if you are a recovered POISer

theres a study saying tetracycline antibiotics cause hypothyroidism. i think penicillin is the safest one and recommended by peat. whatever you get also do the carrot salad alongside for maximum efficiency
