When I went to Poland I was expecting to see guys like this on every turn based on what I seen in Ireland but they were actually less common in Poland
I was actually the one fulfilling their role while I was in Poland by wandering the streets stopping random people to talk drunken nonsense to them.
After one night of clubbing in Poland I found a guy on par with me in terms of drunkness and we wandered around for an hour laughing at insignificant things while trying to find our routes home.
Having typed it out it doesn't sound like anything noteworthy but drunken Poles just make everything hilarious
