I used to have hollow cheeks back when i used to gymcel, i was around 12-13% bf. I didn't have to light fraud back then, just keep my teeth together. Now I have to fraud so much because i'm a 20% bf+ bloatcel.

Hollow cheeks dont suit every face. I dont have them, even at low bf.

but I tried to imitate hollow cheeks and it doesnt suit my face.

Only with a lot of effort towards cutting and a low carb diet. I recently realised carbs totally blew my face out. Can't believe how tight everything got on almost keto

There is not a "Big" one, but the difference is amazingly noticeable. I had hollow cheeks without even trying, 24/7, after I leanmaxxed. It depends from person to person tho and how good your bones are in the first place.
