[POLL] Do you have respect for people who aren't beautiful?

Ever since I was young, I always had trouble harboring respect for anyone who looked bad.

I remember being 12 and thinking my friends were somewhat too ugly and I felt the urge to distance myself from them as a result.

I just can't view people who aren't beautiful with respect or admiration, even if I'm not super beautiful myself. It just feels like a humiliation more profound than any other.

Usually i give respect to people who respect me first. The only exception to this rule is fat people. If someone is clearly way too fat, ill have a hard time being friends with them since being fat it a choice.
