After the recent threads on how important parents are, it just made me appreciate my parents more. Not going to write an essay about how they did this or that but in general I wouldn't trade them for anything.

However this forum and others do generally brood a mentality of hating your genetics/parents/ethnicity, etc.

Yes.I went to the best schools in my city, not a day I remember when I hit the Hay with an empty stomach, No matter how busy they were they always made time for me. Overall I had a very secure childhood full of luxuries I'd say

I juste don't like how my mom raised 'me but i don't hate her, my dad was not perfect but imo he did a good job its my mom who is responsible for some of the problems i have today.

Never made me play sports, gave me shitty food and forced me to study too much. I still love them but by god are they bluepilled idiots. Not to mention my dad never did shit with me, the last time we spent time together was 7 years ago when he taught me to ride a bicycle
