There are war laws though and nukes are likely not even going to get used. Besides, only a few countries have top-tier nukes which could actually fuck the world over. Pretty sure Russia and North Korea would be gigamoggers if WW4 happened.

Humans will degenerate much more physically, but the instincts stay. You can take a modern human and put him into cavemen times (ofc not a weakling, take Brock Lesnar or Alistair Overeem) and he would adapt to the situation in minutes. The way our brains are wired hasn't changed significantly and probably won't change significantly in any way.

Also another thing, the reproduction rate will probably go up again in the future. Right now we have an epidemic of leeches who don't want to have children, so guess what, their child hating genes will die out and the people who actively want children will set 3 or even 4 of them into the world. Guess which side will prevail at the end.

That being said, violence is human nature and if it does break out on a mass scale, I think it will be civilian militias armed with guns, sort of like what we almost saw in US this summer or Syrian civil war.

ANTIFA and their radical left ideology intent on disassembling Western Society is not going away anytime soon and have millions of followers. The right is just as steadfast and is heavily armed. This summer may have been a preview for whats to come. Western society could very well see a violent conflict of pseudo-facism vs communism/socialism much like what that they had in the 20th century.

I don’t think a full scale war with nukes and fighter jets is likely unless China gets overconfident and decides to kick something off.
