A better example for left would be someone with a shit tier but still not abnormal lower third. Recessed for example. As it is he looks abnormal while right looks like a regular person with a bottom tier eye area.

The one on the right is better looking. Lower third is the most important part of the face. I've never seen anyone with a good lower third be unable to find a girlfriend.
