My foreskin has always given me issues tbh. Had terrible phimosis until age 17. Then last summer I tugged my foreskin too hard while trying PE and ended up giving myself Prostatitis/CPPS

The phimosis mostly went away a decade ago after my urologist gave me some special cream. But yeah I still have pain in my foreskin area a lot of times ever since trying PE last year
