No. This world has no meaning, and this life is meaningless. Meaning, much like purpose, is imposed upon something by a conscious agent to fulfill goals. The fulfillment of goals, once abstracted into more complex objectives, requires more nuanced self building and ego formation. The formation of an ego inevitably requires linguistic capacity, which incidentally has earth shattering implications for the psyche. In a Lacanian sense, language rips a person from the womb of unity, setting them off to traverse the fantasy for the rest of their life. As such, ego attaches to things it perceives outside of itself, in an attempt to return to the womb. Attachment and desire are prerequisites to suffering in this life, and meaning is similarly another attachment, this time to narrative-building which drives complex goal-seeking behaviors. Capitalism, liberalism, and the technological singularity of the first world has allowed us to expend our goal-seeking behaviors to the extent of exhaustion, wherein we realize that meaning creation itself is a greater tool that cannot have a purpose beyond itself. To abandon the idea of creating inherent value through mental abstraction, is one of the many steps towards knowing God, also known as ego death.
