My thoughts:

• I don't see the advancement of the upper jaw, not even on the scan.
• Don't really like the profile when I smile.
• Before I had a flatter jawline, now it's pointing more downward. Pushing my jaw forward pre op looked better than the situation post op.
• Asymmetry. It was there before, but it's more prominent now.

According to the surgeon the CW rotation was necessary to make the chin smaller, but to me it's still large, just pointing down instead of forward. He said a reduction genioplasty would have given me sagging skin."
