His face looks longer now, this is his statement:
"Our main goal was to fix the overbite (8 or 9 mm). For me it was also important that it would look good. I told him beforehand I would prefer a more forward maxilla, and that I was hesitant about the CW rotation cause I didn't want a longer face.
My thoughts:

My thoughts:
- I don't see the advancement of the upper jaw, not even on the scan.
- Don't really like the profile when I smile.
- Before I had a flatter jawline, now it's pointing more downward. Pushing my jaw forward pre op looked better than the situation post op.
- Asymmetry. It was there before, but it's more prominent now.
