a good way to quit porn addiction is to realize you want love and connection not lust, get a girlfriend if not that try socializing, don't let urself just sit there and drown in your boredom you gotta always be somewhat busy, realize it's made by the jews to control the goy and make them submissive it's degenerate and has plenty of bad physical/mental side effects. I know getting a girlfriend and socializing is problematic because icl i don't do that shit myself but when i had a talking stage somehow I didn't even have lustful thoughs, socializing is also a pain in the ass but if you've got friends try hanging out with them and doing shit as much as possible, just don't let urself drown in boredom for like a couple of months and it should go away and you won't feel the need to come back if that makes sense, the first month will probably be the worst for you after that it'll be fine.
