You have to find something to be happy about. I used to just live day to day because I was in school and was fucking miserable. The only thing that brought me joy was cooming. I tried looking for ways to get rid of urges, wasting countless hours on the cringe NoFap subreddit, and it just made things worse. As soon as I found something I enjoyed (in my case running and listening to music), my desire to coom left and I began to enjoy life again. The only way to break a cooming habit is to lose the desire for it by finding a higher meaning.
