It’s the scleral show and vertical width that makes him look worse. And I’m not saying that canthal tilt doesn’t matter, I’m just saying that it matters so little it’s not even top 10.

True. That’s why I’m saying that canthal tilt is overrated. What makes a great male eye area is vertically narrow (probably the most crucial part), horizontally wide, low eyebrows, thick eyelashes and eyebrows, hoodedness and being deep set. Of course, color also matters.
