Im not surgery expert so idk, you can be great lookimg but also end up bogged. But Imo dont go for rhino rather try infraorbitals and paranasals.

But yea, my skull shape fucks me so hard, makes me want to rope. All I can do is try my best to fix the other shit through getting filler, cantho, rhino, lip lift, and possible a little mandibular and maxillary forward through getting MSDO/MSE with dr yousefian in Seattle WA. Shit would change my life lowkey
