But if you go in front of the mirror right now

And pinch the skin around the top of the nose right here

You should see that the medial canthus gets stretched and gets longer

So perhaps it can be permanent by filling some stuff here (bonesmashing/fillers)

Increasing bone on the radix will not stretch the skin between the bridge and tighten the medial canthus

However bonesmashing the radix is still beneficial

i think this would be possible but youd need to cut some skin off and then butterfly stitch those two points together but im not sure how the surgery would age

You can just make a scar in the skin by the medial canthus to elongate it
