To me this seems like a jump in logic as they don’t explain how +10% metabolic activity equals burning 10% more fat or link any source backing up the claim. Also I don’t really know if I want 42% more brown fat.
However if the article is right this could be a new leanmaxxing method. Not using a blanket also has a bunch of other benefits such as not having to spend a bunch of money buying the blanket and washing it and shit. It’s probably good for reducing acne too since blankets will store dust and shit in them which will then rub on you as you sleep.
Someone look into this please.
