Possible surgeries that can fix jaw tilt.

A quick google search has only shown me osteotomies. The issue though, is that I don’t have an overbite or an underbite, just a tilt down and to the right that causes the right part of my mouth to close before the left. I’m seeing a specialist in a few days but I was wondering if any hardmax specialists here knows what I could do.
