Possible to go from MTN to HTN, advice?

There are multiple soft maxes you can do just from your eyebrows density, the color I recommend definitely taking oral minoxidil, from the front, your eye area isn’t that good other than it’s contrast, so maybe a canto plasty along with lower lid retraction + infra implants and last fat grafting, but the thing that would’ve sent you, the most is investing into that jaw, you need jaw angle implants, maybe ones that go around to the mandible






this will ascend you to htn, it will give you the sharp look from the front of sharp gonions instead of a rounded jaw, enter your bi gonial to bi zygomatic width ratio will be better
