With good genetics yes, most of the time no.
I tried it, 8 hours of manual labor a day with 1 hour of gym afterwards almost every day, afterwards ate hamburgers.
Still got fat.

How fat are you normally? That's probably your set point for bodyfat level, so unless you're gonna diet down and maintain low calories with exercise you'll eventually get fat again.

Fad trends like keto, omad are gigacopes if you want to lose weight just be calorie deficit (-500 to 700 from tdee) doesnt matter which food you eat but if you eat only sugar foods youll feel like shit and lose ton of muscle along with fat probably more muscle lost than fat JFL
