Was the chin the only thing that changed? If so a genioplasty. It looks like the maxilla moved a bit forward but I can’t say for sure I’m tired asf rn

I'd have to see your front. A weirdly angled side profile shot doesn't say much, your forward growth is normie range, your lower third projection looks fine so front is really the deciding factor.

I feel like my eyes and forehead are disproportionately recessed compared to my jaws.

It looks like it, but I don't know how much changing that would actually ascend you. Your best bet for that would be custom implants like what eppley or giant does.

You'd probably ascend a lot from softmaxxing, getting leaner and clearer skin. The main flaw I see is just a lack of definition in the cheek/jaw region, your ratios look fine. You also don't look bad btw, you're like MTN I'd say.

No, faceapp filters have no regard for anatomy or physics. I mean in theory you could look like that but it would be after lefort 3 with custom implants. You can definitely improve your lower third but you won't know until you've debloated/gotten implants.

I didn’t know lefort had an impact of hollow cheeks interesting. But yeah makes sense face app isn’t very realistic.

Is something like this possible where i make my jaw more angular? Implants wouldn’t work because it’s smaller not bigger maybe jaw shaving?

No idea tbh, but I'd avoid jaw shaving, good in theory but you really don't want less bone mass as a man unless you're really ogre.
