if the plaques are open you can take letrozole or other aromatase inhibitors (letrozole reduces the conversion of testosterone into estrogen by 70%, but there are drugs that also reduce it by 100%, I recommend them because they destroy the levels so much of estrogen you can undergo bone demineralization), and associated with an AI other compounds. Aromatase inhibitors actually increase testosterone. What is reduced is estrogen. All of us humans have an amount of testosterone that is naturally converted into estrogen, aromatase inhibitors block this conversion therefore lowering estrogen levels. But having estrogen levels that are too low can still lead to problems such as worse skin quality, bone demineralization, worsened mood, irregular sleep, heat stroke, sudden hunger pangs etc.

You need to do a lot more research to understand what an AI does. It lowers estrogen, possibly delaying plates closing. It does not make you grow by itself. Taking an AI like letrozole, you will not achieve anything notable. You need high doses of growth hormone injections to possibly squeeze any height but you seem too lazy to even bother with an xray. AI is far from a magic pill and could do you a lot more harm. And if you decide on hgh also know that it is quite expensive.
