talking about me so huge bias obviously.
I hope this first post won't be too full of despair on this christmas day.
So basically, i seem to have short face syndrome (because of camo ortho when i was young), meaning i'm recessed. My mandible itself is also very narrow. I have no visible zygos (neither forward nor lateral). I also seem to lack forward growth, and have thick soft tissue (certainly not thin skin). if you mix that all together, you get a round, somewhat long but short childish looking face, with no definition nor depth. Forgot to mention my chin is very narrow, So yeah, it feels like I'm continually walking and falling in pigshit, only to get up and fall again 2 seconds later. Emotionally (I'm sure you hardly care/you feel the same for yourself), it's impossibly tiring.
Currently getting money for procedures, since i can't imagine myself living that way for long. I'm thinking, ideally, I need something like lefort 2. Otherwise, my plan is something like LF 1 with cw (downgraft obviously), geniogiant, certainly the best jaw implants to give width, same thing for zygo-malar-saddled infras. Now that i think about it, Zso would probably be needed for the lateral widening of the zygos to make the implants do their best work. The implants, coupled with the zso and downgraft would help stretching the skin and give definition to my face. That's what I hope at least. Truth be told, I feel like event after all that, my face would still be in need of "forwardness" , because my maxilla looks so behind and seems to bunch up my thick soft tissues together.
Thank you for reading ! Hope you're having a great christmas.
If you guys want pictures, i can send some to you. I have a xrays too
Thank you again !
