Personally raw milk doesn't give me any skin issues. I think it shouldn't give you any either, just don't drink too much milk and make sure you're sourcing it from a good place.

Brown Rice - actually has nutrients and is good for you. Has a lot of fiber so your digestive system actually can function properly, like putting in nutrients in muscles.

Black Beans - high protein and fiber. You'll fart a crap ton, but you won't be complaining when you hear that it helps grow your fucking bones aka helps you increase height and frame.

Leafy green vegetables (i.e. cooked spinach) - yeah it's fucking disgusting but it helps blood flow aka helps your dick grow bigger, especially when you're still growing.

Steak/Pork/Chicken/Fish/Eggs - It's meat. Just eat it.

Whole Grain (i.e. bread, oatmeal, etc.) - like brown rice. actually has nutrients and will actually help you. white grains is for sissies who can't handle actual food.

There are rumors that a westernized diet makes people more prone to balding early. Is that true? Saw that on a hairloss forum comparing the westernized diets of Asians and their increasing balding rates.

There are too few studies done about this so I don’t really know.

I just think there is more white ppl balding in the US anyway simply because there are more white ppl.

however there is a point saying why do Asian guys bald at such a low rate and much later than their white counterparts. I do know that biotin helps with hair growth, and so do other certain proteins. That’s about it tho.
