What are the best methods to recover from a night of drinking. I really don´t care abou the hangover but more about how alcohol descends you in multiple ways.

tbh get enough sleep, wake up and hydrate with electrolytes, and eat a good breakfast.

Helps lower inhib like crazy i´ll replace it eventually with pregab but haven´t got it yet
