youtube is showing you content not based on your viewing habits, but on the viewing habits of those who watch the videos you click on. i hardly ever get racist videos to consistently show, and if they do, they vanish quickly from the feed, this is because racists have highly eclectic interests and watch a lot of different content, but if you click on one dance video, suddenly your entire feed is plastered with jbs twerking in thongs. this is because people who watch these videos are middle aged gooners and pedophiles and they exclusively watch this content. then if you watch, it becomes a feedback loop and youtube is actively converting people into pedophiles
