to be fair the main reason they look uncanny is because of the PCT as a result of canthoplasty.

although lower eyelid retraction seems less risky, idk.

ngl the retraction looks overdone in some of them but you can control the amount that you want, iirc he will accurately morph the results for you

first result is good yet no ideal (his lower lid has the melanie trump shape now, not ideal) , second result looks like the guy is squinting, third result is a transgender who is trannymaxxing (go figure)

Yeah second looks squinted but, that’s just a pattern I’ve noticed when people get almond eye done when they have really trash eye area like he did, regardless of the surgeon

for orbital decompression yes but, I would only undergo that if I have true globe prominence and not just deficient orbital rims, in my case almond eye + infraorbital rim implants are a better option and I think I can achieve good almond eyes that way

Almond eye isn’t good at fixing that type of eye area so - not really the surgeons fault, they should’ve gone for implants and or fat grafts, maybe orbital decompression depending on their globe prominence

right one is okay imh. im pretty sure melanie trump got a canthoplasty too
