If by breeding purposes you actually mean breeding purposes. She has great genetics. 5'9 as a female. Great facial development. Great skin and coloring. Great hair. Great genetic fat distribution. Wide hips, thick frame, and huge tits and ass. She's just overweight and is somewhere from 185-200 pounds. Imagine if she was like 30-40 pounds lighter. She'd definitely birth a top tier Chad or Stacy.

I don't think metabolism plays as big of a role as people think it does to be honest. Some people just have no discipline when it comes to eating.

Cope, lots of fat people have been fat since childhood and they have the exact same eating habits as their skinnier friends. I have some fat friends who try a lot to lose weight and still are a little chubby, they gain weight too easily due to metabolism.

Having shit metabolism is very bad because you either have to always be on a very tight diet or your looks quickly will fall apart and it's harder to go back to being skinny then to get even fatter.

Trust me, you don't wanna breed with a woman that has bad metabolism genetics

I don't man I remember reading a study that said the difference between a slow and fast metabolism is only something like 150-200ish extra calories being burned per day at the absolute most. That's the equivalent of like a chocolate bar or two small fruits.

Sure it makes a difference, but it's not huge and all the people who claim that they "eat SOO much yet can't gain any weight" aren't eating enough, plain and simple. And that'd be apparent if they actually tracked their calories and ate at a surplus. On the flip side, if you're overweight and you actually eat at a caloric deficit, you will lose weight assuming you're not in a very tiny percentage of people who have legitimate health issues. Most people in America just eat like shit and blame them on factors supposedly out of control. They might not be eating that much, but the foods they do eat are junky and way higher in calorie count they think.

Honestly I used to believe in metabolism having a major effect on weight, while I do believe you can store slightly more fat on your body depending on genotype, 95% of overweight people eat like shit. High carb low protein diet, they order takeaways every other day, drink juice, alcohol and pop instead of water and they constantly snack on sugary food like cake.
