if you really want to become an ogre at any cost you should roids + gh and insulin, unless you have a VERY bad genetics, a real ogre has low bf with an absurd amount of lean mass, this is what sets him apart from one decent natural chad gymceller with 1200 ng + natural testo

You need to get height first in order to ogremaxx. Being a manlet won't have any form of intimidation but only makes you looking like Gimli.
