Post-op asymmetry serious fuck-up

Hi there,
I'm watching the result of the short face Bimax, due to my short face. For this purpose Dr. Alfaro seems to be best (if you have better surgeon PM me please), have many such cases.
This case seems closest to me, quite an attractive face before but due to the short face, it looks much younger. No huge recesion. But what really threw me away was the asymetry which you can really easily spot, which wasn't there before (or atleast to such degree). Very obious on lips and still obivous on teeth and chin and also the hollow cheek. This really discouraged me, mainly due to the fact that I haven't see it before, which even more scares me that he "brags" with the results. Makes me kinda afraid what happend in cases here didn't published.
Besides this the result looks very good, nose from side seemed much smaller ( same thing I would like to accomplish). You could say he has now top tier jawline (however I see issue with skin under jawline). Even his eyes look better.
Do you see that asymmetry too? Which other surgeon for similar case would suggest?

It can be a soft tissue related asymmetry or swelling.

Swelling for sure not, surgery was 2 years ago, so if it's some short tissue, it looks like it's permanent unfortunately, so it doesn't matter

Yeah basically it's soft tissue, seeing his scan you can see pretty much that his skull seems symmetrical (ofc you'll find sime degree of asymmetry but that's few mm's).

I meant in the cases of short faces. I haven't found Ramieri's result as ascending as Alfaro's.

I mean he is obv still swollen have not all sensitivity in his lips obv. Snd it was a huge ascension because he had a good jaw hidden, looks a lot more masculine now. He had a great base, the lip thing is not bad

And yeah I have to agree, one of best bimax ascensions I have ever seen. Great base, even the fact that he got only bimax, not even genio.

But I’m currently looking at myself in webcam at work and I think fortunately and don’t need many mm so hopefully ramierri will be enough
