almost all celebrities are under rated looks wise. Most people completely underestimate how good looking one has to be to make a living off their looks. Even celebrities that play plain and goofy characters, Anna Kendrick, Emma Stone, Steve Carell are well above average looking by real life standards.

A couple exceptions are Taylor Swift, Margot Robbie, or Jennifer Connely (attachment), they are true 10/10 qts. I think scarlett johansonn for instance is not cute at all, maybe a 6/10, she has a good body though.

Well, she certainly is not the sexist woman in the world, it is fair to characterize that as over rating her. But that is just some magazine trying to sell magazines, they have to name someone, the woman with the most agressive agent gets the award, and I doubt more than 5% of people even know that.
