How do u know if u need zygo implants?

First of all you need to be at least around 15% body fat if you have good facial leanness, around 12 if average or even lower if ethnic. Once that is done look at your ogee curve, is it prominent ? Looking at a ct scan can also help a lot but generally speaking you can just tell by looking at it. Also since you plan to get bimax if you need a medium/big advancement the upper maxilla/zygos will likely be left behind so in your case i would say you most likely need them
