Drop your daily routien, and what you trying to max:

Leanmaxx, moneymaxx, gamemaxx, dickmaxxing, NTmaxxing:
445 Stretch, 1L water (skin), cold shower, caffine (suppress appetite + alertness), set that day's intention
500 One mile run + listen to affiramation (discipline + motivation)
515 shower, teeth whiten regime, skin care regime, dress
530 One hour working on most important task (moneymaxxing)
630 Go to work, 80/20 rule plan my work day, execute
850 incline walk up a hill on work break
1100 workout routine at gym during lunch break, drink 1L water
1200 80/20 rule plan my the rest of the work day
1600 last hour of work day reflect on progress and map out tomorrow work day
1800 make it home, wash face again, break fast w/ 1st meal of the day
1900 housekeeping, yard maintenance
1930 social media, shopping, grocery, (basically anything to be talking to girls min. +2 a day, gamemaxxing, NTmaxxing)
2030 entrepreneurship (moneymaxxing)
2200 mediate, read, learn
2245 bed, wear penis ext (dickmaxxing), listen to subconscious audio reprograming (NTmaxxing)

Saturday RESET will-power by releasing dopamine. i wake up as late as i want, go on date, watch sports/ tv, have sex, eat out. I never play video games or use social media more than a hour a day too addictive.

Please drop your routine, I want to steal your shit.

Shouldn’t drink caffeine on any empty stomach, will increase your cortisol a lot more than it would not an empty stomach

I've been flip flopping on the "perfect" routine and theorized 5-6 days of discipline with 1-2 lazy days would be ideal.

How long have you been doing the dopamine reset days? Would you say this routine is the best you've ever felt?
 
Hair maxxing:
3x a week fin 1mg
Peppermint oil on hairline nightly
Derma pen hairline once a week
Nizoral once a week
Garlic clove maxxing nightly

Face maxxing:
Maxilla expansion appliance every night
Moisturizer once a day
Calcium / k2 / magnesium supplement daily

Body maxxing:
Chinups or wall handstand pushups 8 reps 4 sets 3x a week

Forever I use to do whatever I want everyday. But i add discipline, try to do too much 7 days in a row but. That one cheat day is good.

6:00 : wake-up, make my bed, drink a glass of water with 2 beta-carotene tabs, do some stretching
6:45 : shower (warm at first, then cold when I rinse), cleansing my face then applying vit c serum and moisturizer
7:15 : breakfast (oats, banana, chocolate, almond milk, orange juice), brushing my teeth
8:00 : 4x45 minutes of work (online business)
11:00 : workout
12:30 : lunch
13:30 : reading, doing some secondary tasks, answering emails, going to appointments, various activities
19:30 : dinner, brushing my teeth
20:30 : shower, cleansing my face then applying retin and moisturizer, plan the next day
21:30 : go to bed, try to have 8 hours of sleep

It's dumb to take 2x bc at once, unless low dose. It's also dumb to do so on an empty stomach. Essentially it's completely pointless for you and barely does anything.
Also oats + orange juice... Going to gag by even thinking about that.

Idk, from reading that it seemed you threw all of it together, I mean it goes into your stomach and entire thing just seems awful, especially as a breakfast. The worst possible breakfast you could have i.e. sugar and incomplete proteins.
Idk, if I was on a cycle I still wouldn't do this, maybe as an after workout.

It's a pretty standard huge healthmin, I agree. Breaking fast with carbs, after the night, imo is really idiotic. I feel sorry just by thinking of all the havoc that happens to your body after a meal and timing like that. Not even talking about how little nutrition is in that "meal".
I mean if you like it, then enjoy it. Your life.

It’s whatever works for you. I’m adapted. I tracked my sleep with a smart watch and I wasn’t getting 6hrs/day with no schedule just living normal so no point in laying there if I’m not tired. And I can catch up on sleep Saturdays

evening
gymcel for 1 hour
eat 50g of protein from chicken breasts
take 100mcg of ghrp-2
shower
afternoon
eat nutritious dinner
get ready to go to sleep at 8:30pm
this is the point where i refrain from looking at any technology because of blue light
take 100mcg of ghrp-2 and melatonin
sleep at 9pm

Yeah, guess diabetes is non existent anymore and is a long forgotten disease, and certainly the meals such as these have helped to eradicate it.

I don't eat breakfast tbh. I've posted many many times as to what I eat though.
It's eggs, cheese, dairy products in general, fats/oils/butter, various meats, like chicken, turkey, pork, beef, duck, lamb. Fruits, because I love them a lot.
Rarely I make something from potatoes or some rice, but try to do that as little as possible, only when I feel like I want it a lot for some reason. Sometimes some nuts, like almonds or hazels.
My daily routine is wake up, skin care, work, eat, skincare, sleep.
