I know a thread for this was made before but it was like 2 years ago.

Depending on how mogged I get, I will decide if I'm getting bimax or not. Im retarded and autistic, yes. I know there are studies and stats on this, but I want to know if I mog or not the moggers here.

• Measure only the length between one gonion and the chin, as well as between it and the end of the ramus ( like A in the pic ) or if you post the bigonial distance ( or both ) say it ( like B in the pic ).
• Don't measure the chin's soft tissue. •The ramus should go until the tragus.

I won't make a pool because it will get spammed with false measurements.

I guess that skull size should be considered too. My skull is big ( im still a subhuman ) and I know for a pretty autistic fact that my chad friend has a mandible just as long yet his looks longer due to his smaller skull/face and better proportions overall.

But if you have an underbite then its brutal indeed. Where I am from you would get insurance to cover your bimax definitely.

Im also going to an orthodontist next week and all the odds are against me. Overbite/overjet cases are neglected here and orthodontists/surgeons are very bluepilled, proof being the 1-3mm bimax advancement done here on recessed subhumans jfl.

I was asking because despite my short jaw I don't think I have a downward grown face. My gonial angle is like 115 and my occlusal plane appears horizontal, but my posture is really bad so I'm not sure. My malocclusion is 3-5mm I believe, but my upper teeth are compensating so I'm not sure again.

I dont think so. I ironically have a midface a bit too long. I would need CCW rotation ideally but idk to what degree will my mandible change too ( I know that rotation doesnt change the gonial angle because the bsso cut is made more forward, but it still gives shitty results imo ).

find out your ratio of ramus to mandible. find your mandible to floor angle. This will determine to what extent you are downgrown.

I have a long mandible, short ramus, 115 gonial angle, 25 deg mandible to floor angle. After correction I will have a 5cm ramus from 3cm, a decrease of 15 deg for the mandible to floor angle, 130 gonial angle.
