You don't realize how important it is in how women view you, it also improves your looks obviously, face included.
I hate when people just say "fix your posture" it's more complicated than that. Also most people are just wrong in what they think good posture is and how to achieve it.
You can force it but it won't feel natural and would naturally deplete unconsciously once tired, and you will be back to bad posture again.
Here is everything you can do to improve your posture:
- train rear delts, lower back and abdominal chain at the gym (face pull, deadlift, ab wheel)
- jump (you can play basketball for exemple)
- swim (it forces you to stretch yourself in a streamlined position)
- hang to a bar
- learn mind to muscle and mind to spine connection, especially the mid part of the spine which is tricky, most people can't control it. Once you can it will be life changing, this is also what will drastically improve your face especially side profile.
If you manage to crack the mid part of your back intentionally, youre good.
Once you do all that, or in parallel to all that, force good posture when walking. Make yourself tall and be confident, fake it if necessary, even if it doesn't feel natural it's less noticeable than you think. It will become more and more natural as you do it and as your muscles become stronger.
