Saw this guy on TikTok

He is saying that eating too much potassium or sodium doesn’t actually cause noticeable bloating. According to him, the real causes are things like excessive carb intake, poor lymphatic drainage, and ONLY this, for him the potassium/sodium ratio has no effect on bloating

He also claims that the sodium-to-potassium ratio people talk about is overrated, and that even if it has an effect, the change would be so minimal that it wouldn’t be visible on your face. ( talking about nanometers )

is he right or completely dumb ?
