no but seriously, make sure to be careful because i consumed too much potassium and my potassium to sodium ratio was way off and i started getting chest pain 💀
 
Potassium chloride helps bulk? Never heard that anyways you need about 1,500 a DAY for noticeable results shouldve gotten the supplements easier to take. Or better yet just not buy them in the first place. The more you take the more your body will need for it to work just bonesmash if you want hollow cheeks

I bought bulk supplmenets potassium chloride. What is a mild/ effective dosage I could take every morning for debloat.

I bought the citrate form from the same brand (I don't know if chloride form taste different to citrate) but it tastes horrible btw, to neutralize the taste you have to consume it with acidic or sweet drink/food or dilute it heavily, I drank mine with orange juice and I can't taste it after that. Just a heads up.

1000-4000mg a day, see how you react. most humans are defficent in potassium and have too much sodium so its a good healthmaxing drug tbh. rn im taking 1000-2000mg on a regular day where im working or chilling at home and 4000mg when im going out with friends or seeing my girlfriend.

KCl is 52.5% potassium, you can take a teaspoon and get just over 2500mg of potassium from that. all other forms have a lower potassium ratio to the ion it uses as a carrier, however dont take too much KCl as the chloride ion can upset your stomach. dont be retarded tho, make sure you work in jumps - try different amounts - the limiting factor is stomach pain so if youre not experiencing that then great, carry on
