Hey so I just got 1Kg of potassium chloride powder to debloat my face and I actually really didn't do that much of researchs about it but why is it salty ? Isn't salt making the face bloated?

Like is it "good salt" ? How should I take it ? I have a 3,5g scoop I just took one with water and I was so surprised that it was salty maybe I should mix it with food and use it as salt

Get food grade otherwise its toxic, but to get 3-400mg of elemental potassium u need to ingest 3-4g and that shit is fucking DISGUSTING. Threw away 1kg because the taste is unbearable.

It's way too hard to get 3,4g of potassium just with food it's like 10 bananas I can't eat that everyday, I'll just put the scoop in a 1,5L bottle and drink it if I debloat I actually don't care. I was surprised of the taste because I took the 3,5g and then drank a glass of water but if I just mix it in a bottle it's ok I guess
