potassium supplementation doubt

I normally eat a lot of potassium during the day in meals, but I'm also going to buy a supplement with 1,000 mg of potassium and 250mg of magnesium. Is this too much or is right?

no it's not, in what way would it be nice for muscles?
facilitate muscle contraction and relaxation through communication between nerves and muscles,
also prevents cramps, spasms, and muscle weakness, while helping to maintain cellular hydration, which is crucial for physical performance and recovery
